The red/green led does not fit the connections in the footprint and does not work :(
The pinout of U1 is wrong, ref and cathode? are exchanged
The collpits oscilator is very sensitive to Battery voltage, a regulator is needed
Layout and BOM are not consistent with schematics, need to follow schematics
